Polar Expresso

Infusion kit contains: espresso beans, cocoa powder, cinnamon stick and an eggnog coffee infused sugar stick. 

For a classic Polar Expresso martini, mix 1 part infusion with 2 parts vodka and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. This infusion can also be enjoyed as a mocktail by substituting the vodka with cold brew coffee, chocolate milk or hot cocoa.
