Sunrise Avocado Toast

 

Ingredients

• 1 slice crusty sourdough artisan bread

• 1 TBSP butter, unsalted

• 1 garlic clove, cut in half

• 1-2 ripe hass avocados (about 1 cup)

• 1 lemon

• ½ tsp Don’s Red Hawaiian Sea Salt (more if needed)

• Olive oil

• 1 soft boiled egg

• Microgreens

Instructions

In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and toast sourdough bread until golden and crispy. Remove and rub with a

cut garlic clove. In a bowl, mash avocado, leaving some texture, and mix in juice from ½ lemon and Red Hawaiian

Sea Salt, adjusting to taste. Spread avocado on the toast, top with sliced egg, and a light sprinkle of Red Hawaiian

Sea Salt. Add microgreens, an extra squeeze of lemon juice, and drizzle with olive oil.
