INGREDIENTS
2 Soft Shell Crabs
1 cup Flour
1 tbs Cayenne Pepper fine
1 tbs Paprika
Simply Pink Flake Sea Salt
1/4 cup EVOO
In a large skillet on low/med heat add EVOO. In a mixing bowl add flour, cayenne pepper, paprika and mix. Dredge Soft She’ll crab in flour mix and coat on both sides shaking any excess flour. Place softshell crab in skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side until crab turns pink to light red. Plate crabs, and garnish with simply pink flake sea salt.
