Slow Cooked Salmon

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS 


2 Salmon Filets, 1-2 tsp Florida Citrus Blend, 1/4 tsp Little Black Hawaiian sea salt, butter, 2 lemon slices, and 1/4 cup capers

On parchment paper season 2 Salmon fillets with Little Black Hawaiian sea salt and Florida citrus blend.  Then add 3 pads of butter, lemon slice and capers to each filet and set aside .  Pre heat oven at 300.  Place in oven on a rack and cook for 25 minutes.
