INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pound grapes, honey, balsamic glaze, red wine, EVOO, Pistachios, Rosemary sprigs, Brie cheese wheel
In a cast-iron skillet, place brie cheese in the center, place grapes around, covering the skillet. Drizzle all ingredients to lightly coat grapes and cheese, sprinkle with pistachios.
Place on grill or outdoor oven. Roast until Brie is melted. Do not over melt or it will turn to liquid.
