Roasted Grapes w/ Brie Cheese

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pound grapes, honey, balsamic glaze, red wine, EVOO, Pistachios, Lemon Sea Salt, Rosemary sprigs,  Brie cheese wheel

In a cast-iron skillet, place brie cheese in the center, place grapes around, covering the skillet.  Drizzle all ingredients to lightly coat grapes and cheese, sprinkle with Lemon sea salt & pistachios. 
Place on grill or outdoor oven.  Roast until Brie is melted.  Do not over melt or it will turn to liquid.
