Roasted Asparagus


Serves 4
INGREDIENTS 

1 lb fresh asparagus
EVOO
1 tsp Don’s Bamboo Sea Salt Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°. Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and, if they’re thick, peel them. In a large bowl, drizzle the asparagus with EVOO and sprinkle liberally with Don’s Bamboo Sea Salt and black pepper. Toss until asparagus are well-coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
