INGREDIENTS
Arugula, your favorite pasta, 1 pack of cherry tomatos sliced in half, 1/2 red onion, diced, 1/2 red pepper diced, 1/2 yellow pepper, diced, 1 cup hellmann’s, 1 cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese, 1-2 tbsp of Birch & Brie House Blend, cracked pepper to desired taste.
In a large, mixing bowl, add all ingredients together. Refrigerate or indulge immediately. Garnish with arugula on top and bottom.
