INGREDIENTS
4 Organic Chicken Leg Quarters, 2 cups Buttermilk, Birch & Brie House Blend and cracked pepper
In a ziplock bag, refrigerate chicken leg quarters in buttermilk marinade for 4 hours. Once marinated, place on a large serving tray patting dry some of the buttermilk from the chicken then season with Birch & Brie House Blend and cracked pepper to each side of the chicken. Place on top rack of the grill at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Place on bottom rack last five minutes to give it grill marks.
