Lemon Garlic Mahi Mahi

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS 


4 Mahi Mahi Filets, 1-2 tsp Florida Citrus Blend, 4 tbsp butter, one minced, garlic clove, 1/4 cup capers, 1/4 tsp Little Black Hawaiian sea salt, a pinch red pepper,  parsley for garnish 

 

Season 4 Mahi Mahi fillets with Little Black Hawaiian sea salt, Florida citrus blend and a pinch of red pepper.  In a large skillet add 4 tablespoons butter and minced garlic clove, cook for five minutes then add Mahi Mahi fillets.  Cook in skillet for 10 minutes flipping once.  Add Capers and cover with lid and simmer on low for last 10 minutes. Plate and Garnish with fresh parsley.
