Ingredients
• 1 lb. boiled chicken, chopped
• 1 cup chopped celery
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 1 cup red grapes, halved
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup sliced almonds
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• 2-3 TBSP French Herb Salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, grapes, cranberries, and almonds. In a separate bowl, mix
mayonnaise with French Herb Salt, then add to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined. Serve on bread
for sandwiches, with crackers, or over lettuce as a salad. Serves 4.
