INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef, 3 eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, 3 tbsp milk, 4 slices of italian bread, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp French Grey Organic Sea Salt, 2 tbs Everyday Italian Everything Seasoning
In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients and roll meatballs.
Bread soak - dice italian bread, soak in water or milk, squeeze and separate into small pieces, then add to mixing bowl
Brown, all sides in a cast-iron skillet before adding to your sauce of choice. Make it a spaghetti and meatball night, or add your favorite pasta trio.
