INGREDIENTS
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2-3 tsp Gourmet Bistro Steak Seasoning 8 ears fresh corn, shucked, chives
Preheat grill on high. In medium mixing bowl, combine butter and Gourmet Bistro Steak Seasoning; mix well and set aside. Put corn on a hot grill; grill the corn until charred nicely on the outside. Serve with the flavored butter and chives.

In a large pot, add cobs of corn and bring to boil 8 cups of water and 1 cup of milk, boil for 15 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter and gourmet bistro steak seasoning; mix well and set aside. Remove corn cobs from water and get ready to serve. Slather butter mix on your corn cobs and garnish with chives optional.
