Birch & Brie Skewers

Serves 4-6


2 lb beef, chicken or pork
2 cups of your favorite vegetables
1-2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBS Birch & Brie House Blend
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Chop protein and vegetables into 3⁄4 inch cubes. In a large bowl, add protein and vegetables, then drizzle with EVOO and Birch & Brie House Blend; combine until well coated. In alternating order, place protein and vegetables on skewers. Grill or sauté until meat is cooked and vegetables are soft.
