INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, add the following. Your desired amount for each. 

Green cabbage, diced
Red cabbage cut into slivers
Green leaf lettuce, chopped
Carrots and green onions, chopped 
 cashews, toasted 
Coconut flakes, toasted 
Thai spiced, wonton strips
Chicken thigh, seasoned with Birch & Brie House Blend, cooked and cut into pieces. 
Don’s Bamboo sea salt

Creamy Thai dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup peanut sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoon unsalted peanut 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Don’s Bamboo Sea Salt          Blend all ingredients together in that order, add to cabbage mix using your desired amount.
